This is a very fine example of the Waltham 1899 Bridge model finished with 23 jewels. This example has two diamond end stones on the balance and the escape wheel. 

The watch appears to be in its original 14K case made by the Dubois watch case company of New York City

It has the correct dial with the distinctive form of the numerals and the triangular marks at the hour markers.

Although this movement is in much better condition than the 21J example, it was made with a ruby end stone on the pallet arbor whereas the 21J example was made with 3 diamond end stones.

The serial number is 10552252.
